€ Paid
To seal the close relationship between Amsterdam and Zaanstad, only during Seaport Days you will sail with diving ship the Nautilus from Amsterdam to Zaanse Schans and back.
Really nice tour from the harbor festival grounds via the IJ and the North Sea Canal to the Zaan. The turning point is in front of the windmills of perhaps the most famous village in the world: Zaanse Schans.
Trade route
On the Zaan, you get a great insight into the trade route that has existed between Zaanstad and Amsterdam for hundreds of years. You are on board with a maximum of 15 passengers, so plenty of room to have a good look at the vessel inside and out along the way. Skipper/owner Binnert Rauwerda can tell you all about his ship on request.
