Fifth Seaport Days from June 19-21
The fifth edition of Zeehavendagen Amsterdam held from June 19 to 21. The event will kick off on June 18 with a Port Hackathon for vocational and higher vocational students and the annual Technology Promotion Event for schoolchildren aged 8 to 16. This year, for the first time, we will be organizing the Energy Experience at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam, which will include a race for electric karts.
Havenfestival
The free Havenfestival once again Havenfestival the beating heart of Seaport Days. Here you will find all the activities that visitors can participate in. This year, you can once again sail along with Customs on the RIB, and just like in 2025, you can join all kinds of demonstration tours. The Havenfestival more and more in terms of atmosphere. We offer all kinds of entertainment for young and old over two days. The catering section will also be expanded with food trucks. There will be various performances during the event. On Saturday, the site will be open until 8 p.m.
Boulevard
This year, the festival grounds begin on the IJ side of Amsterdam Central Station. That is where all the ships in our program that offer paid harbor tours and hold open ship events will be located this year. You can also take the special ferry service to the Damen Shiprepair shipyard from there.
Royal Netherlands Navy
Make way for the Royal Netherlands Navy, which will be showcasing its activities at the Havenfestival on the IJ with the 'Marine Roadshow'. There will also be plenty of attention for cultural sailing heritage. The most beautiful ships from the 19th and 20th centuries are coming to Amsterdam this year!
cruise shipping
River and sea cruise shipping is an important part of the port. During Seaport Days, visitors can witness the arrival and departure of three sea cruise ships. From the Javakade, we provide commentary from the grandstand about the mooring of these ocean giants.
The new port
