As a port and port-related company or organization, you can participate in Seaport Days in various ways. For example, by offering tours of the workplace, sponsoring and/or presenting yourself on the festival grounds.
Tours
During Zeehavendagen Amsterdam , various port and port-related companies and organizations offer tours for the general public and schoolchildren and students. Since the start in 2022, the number of participants has been growing and more and more people are getting a look behind the scenes of the port. You decide how long a tour lasts, how many people per group you want to tour and on which event days. Applications from educational institutions for tours come in directly to us and are assigned in consultation with the participants.
Stand rental festival grounds
Also during Seaport Days 2025, it is possible to rent a booth for two days (June 14 and 15) on Java Island during the public event. This can be done in combination with one or more vessels in the IJhaven. At the festival site we expect around 20,000 visitors this year.
Working at the port
Zeehavendagen Amsterdam is also the platform to present yourself to schoolchildren, students and job seekers. In 2025, this will happen on Friday, June 13 at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. Port and port-related companies wishing to participate rent square meters and present themselves using a do-activity.
Sponsorship
Zeehavendagen Amsterdam thrives on the support of partners and sponsors. Whoever links their name to the event is visible on all external expressions on the way to and during Zeehavendagen. The rest is customized work that we are happy to go over one-on-one with each potential sponsor.
