Privacy statement

Your privacy is important to us. When you subscribe to our newsletter or register for the Amsterdam Seaport Days event you are providing Amports with your personal data. Amports is the organiser of Zeehavendagen Amsterdam.

The data you provide includes data such as your company name (if applicable), first name, surname, address, postal code, city, postal address, telephone number, website, position, telephone number, e-mail, passport/ID or driving licence number (if applicable) When you provide your data or the data of your fellow guests, you accept the use of your personal data for a number of purposes specified below.

We use your data for our own administration and, if you have registered for a tour of a location, also for the administration of the location in question. We also send newsletters by e-mail or Whatsapp, invitations and other mailings to keep you informed of what we are doing and to enable you to participate in activities. We also post messages on zeehavendagenamsterdam.nl 'social media and in our mailings in which we use photo material of meetings and activities. When you participate in our meetings and activities, Amports - the organiser of Amsterdam Seaport Days - may use photographs in which you appear.

Provision to third parties

Amports may use other service providers to process personal data. These service providers will act as processors. They may only process personal data on our behalf in accordance with the purposes for which the data has been obtained. Amports will enter into a processor's agreement with these service providers. In this agreement, the processor will be obliged to comply with all statutory provisions and the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data will be adequately and appropriately secured in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

You have the right to request at any time the modification or deletion of your data, to which request Amports will reasonably respond.
